Dear Providers,

Welcome to your new LMVPHO Web site! We are working hard to create a site that will provide you with valuable information and helpful functionality. In order to accomplish this, we are launching the site in roughly three stages so that each is completed in a way that is user-friendly and supports you in meaningful ways.

Phase 1, which is now currently live, gives an overview of the LMVPHO and gives the general public a look at what is happening in their medical community.

For you, the provider, the site provides information and functionality that we hope you find useful immediately. Once you receive your login identification, you will have the ability to access the provider-only portion of the site. It is here that you will be able to: 1) view and interact with a calendar of upcoming events, 2) access information about contracting and pay for performance and, 3) access various communications from the PHO.
